Conditioning Shampoo
This 2-in-1 shampoo provides both cleaning and conditioning. The formulation includes Di (Hydrogenated) Tallow Phthalic Acid, which is an excellent emulsifier/suspending agent for silicones, and non-diethanolamine amide.
