2-in-1-Shampoo - Conditioning Cleanser

This 2-in-1 shampoo is using a common Sodium Lauryl Sulfate/Cocamidopropyl Betaine chassis easy to thicken. The hydroxyethylcellulose is used to ensure stabilization of the emulsion. As STEPANQUAT® Soleil is a lipophilic ingredient, an emulsion type formulation is the easiest way to formulate.
